Who We Are

Bolsa Social was founded in 2014 with a clear vision: to be the first crowdfunding platform that brings together investors and companies committed to social and environmental impact. Since then, we have shown that profitability and impact can not only coexist, but together they generate a much deeper and more transformative value in society.

Over the years, we have built a diverse community that welcomes all types of investors, regardless of their level of experience. What unites us is not only the search for profitability, but the shared desire to include positive impact as a fundamental pillar in our investment decisions, along with financial return and risk management.

And we want to go further. Our ambition is to create an inclusive ecosystem that connects companies at all stages, from startups in their first steps to consolidated organizations. We want to accommodate all types of investors, from those who opt for crowdfunding, to private investor clubs, Business Angels or institutions.

Bolsa Social was the first participatory financing platform authorized in Spain and since 2015 it has been supervised by the CNMV.
